There is a wonderful future ahead for this artist.

Dianne is a self taught artist and she is still learning with every painting she creates and she is now finally following her life long desire to paint. She works in Oils on Canvas and prefers realism and landscape scenes.

After more than 18 years as a 'Sugar Artist' she has changed mediums from food and colour icing to oils and canvas and this change took place only 3 years ago with encouragment to try her hand at painting by another artist.

It was wise advice and her paintings show she has a great deal of natural ability and a wonderful perspective of what she is creating on canvas.

Dianne`s greatest pleasure is in creating the paintings, with the added bonus of seeing others also get pleasure from viewing them.

She won her first prize in 2004 and also got the 'Peoples Choice' award in 2004 for her painting of the 'Milford Track'. Dianne sold at the Affordable Art Show in wellington 2007 - and Original Art Sale Auckland 2008.
This artists dream is to hold her first own exhibition and we are sure this will not be very far away.
